APPETIZERS PRIOR TO BUFFETS
    COLD SMORGASBORD
       Crudite
– colorful arrangements of hand carved fresh vegetables with herb dip
       Warm Maryland Crab Dip with sliced French baguettes
       Wheels of French Brie topped with caramelized sugar and toasted almonds en garni
   HOT HORS D’OEUVRES to be hand passed on gleaming silver trays
       Host’s choice of seven varieties, selected from our extensive list

INDIVIDUAL BUFFET STATIONS
– Choice of Two, for a third, add $4.00 per person
    CARVING STATION
        Herb Encrusted London Broil, slowly grilled to medium
            and Golden Roasted Breast of Turkey
                served over cocktail rolls with shredded horseradish and Pommery mustard
                accompanied by Classic Caesar Salad – crisp Romaine leaves tossed in our
                    creamy Parmesan vinaigrette, topped with jumbo homemade croutons
                    Option – substitute tenderloin of beef or London Broil – add $2.00 per person

    SALMON EN CROUTE
        Fillet of North Atlantic salmon and herbed Boursin cheese encased in a crisp pastry,
        baked to a golden brown and served with glazed baby carrots

     BALTIMORE STATION – add $3.00 per person
        Broiled Famous Jumbo Lump Maryland Crab Cakes with zesty cocktail sauce and tartar
       
sauce accompanied by baked sweet potatoes   

    PASTA STATION       
        An Ornate and Authentic Presentation featuring the sautéing of penne pasta and   
        cheese filled tortellini in flavored oils, served with guests’ choice of sauces, creamy Alfredo
        or chunky Marinara, with toppings of pepperoni, portabella mushrooms, Kalamata olives,
        and grated Parmesan cheese

    ORIENTAL STATION
        Ornate WOK Stir Frying of sliced boneless breast of chicken, sno pea pods,
       
straw mushrooms and Chinese vegetables, served over steamed white rice
            Option – addition of sno white Gulf shrimp – add $2.00 per person
